Questions patients ask
How often should I have my eyes checked?
We suggest a full exam every one to two years for adults, and every year for people with diabetes or over forty, or as your doctor advises.
Will my pupils be dilated during the exam?
Sometimes we use drops to see the back of the eye well. Vision can stay blurry for a few hours, so it is best not to drive afterwards.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Bring your current glasses or lenses, a list of the medicines you take, and any earlier eye reports or test results.
When should I see a doctor urgently?
For sudden loss of vision, severe eye pain, a sudden shower of flashes or floaters, or an eye injury: contact us right away or go to the emergency department.
How do I confirm or change my appointment?
Reach us on WhatsApp or by phone. If we sent you a reminder message, its secure link lets you confirm or ask to change the time.
